These Terms govern your use of the bh33 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet.

Account Registration and Security
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on bh33. Attempting to open or operate multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. When registering you must:
- Provide your real full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control — this number will be your login identifier and will be used for account verification.
- Create a strong, unique password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bh33 will never ask you to share your password.
- Confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full by completing the registration process.
- Complete any identity verification (KYC) steps bh33 may request before your first withdrawal or at any other time deemed appropriate by the platform.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify bh33 support immediately and change your password. bh33 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
bh33 may require additional verification documents at any time in line with anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
All deposits on bh33 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳200. bh33 does not charge deposit fees. Supported deposit methods include:
- bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets — deposits are typically credited within seconds of transaction confirmation.
- Direct bank transfer from major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank — processing times depend on your bank's internal procedures.
- Visa and Mastercard debit cards where supported — cards must be held in the name of the registered account holder; third-party card use is not permitted.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Requests are typically processed within 24 hours. The following conditions apply:
- Any active wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be fully met before bonus-funded winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus and real-money balances are treated separately until wagering is complete.
- bh33 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected.
- Withdrawals can only be sent to payment accounts registered in the same name as the bh33 account. Funds will not be sent to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
bh33 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. For bank transfers, any charges levied by the receiving bank are the responsibility of the account holder.
Bonuses and Promotions
bh33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before bonus winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable rollover multiplier and qualifying games are stated in the individual bonus terms.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per shared device or IP address. Multiple accounts created to claim bonus offers will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and closure of duplicate accounts.
- bh33 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including correcting obvious errors in published bonus terms.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for a specified period only. Unused free spins that expire within that period are forfeited without compensation.
- Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. bh33 reserves the right to void a bonus and associated winnings where a player is found to be abusing the bonus system or using strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
Bonus funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except through the legitimate completion of all applicable wagering requirements. The sale or transfer of bonus balances between accounts is not permitted.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on bh33 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that bet. bh33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical fault.
Cricket and Sports Betting
Cricket markets on bh33 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are governed by the official rules of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). In the event of a match abandonment, suspension, or result reversal, bh33 will apply the official result as confirmed by the relevant authority. Pre-match bets already settled will not be reopened following a result revision unless the revision is attributable to a clear platform error.
Live Casino and Slot Games
All live casino and slot games on bh33 are supplied by licensed third-party game providers. The rules of each game are governed by the provider's documented rules, available within each game's interface. The following platform rules apply to all casino games:
- Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology. bh33 does not influence game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the individual game provider.
- In the event of a game disconnection during an active round, the platform will attempt to complete the round and apply the outcome. If the round cannot be completed due to a fault on bh33's end, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
- Malfunction voids all pays and plays. Any attempt to exploit a game error, technical fault, or software vulnerability to obtain winnings that would not have been awarded under normal conditions will result in immediate voiding of those winnings and may result in account suspension.

- Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount to control your spending on the platform.
- Session time reminders — set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified length of time in a single session.
- Cooling-off period — temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours) if you need a break from gaming.
- Self-exclusion — permanently or for an extended period exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

- Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that is illegal under applicable Bangladeshi law or international AML regulations.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Colluding with other players, platform employees, or game providers to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate game outcomes.
- Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing limits, or evading a self-exclusion or account suspension.
- Providing false or misleading personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of account management.
bh33 actively monitors accounts for signs of prohibited conduct using automated detection systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, bh33 will take appropriate action without prior warning, including permanent account closure and withholding of all associated funds pending investigation.
Account Suspension and Termination
bh33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a player is found to have breached these Terms; fraudulent activity is detected or suspected; a player's account is subject to a legal hold or regulatory instruction; or where bh33 determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or other players.
Where an account is closed at the player's own request and there are no outstanding disputes, verified real-money funds (excluding bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned via the registered payment method within a reasonable processing time.
Any account closed due to a breach of these Terms, confirmed fraud, or prohibited conduct is not eligible for a refund of deposited funds or winnings. bh33's determination in such cases is final.
Intellectual Property
All content on the bh33 platform — including the website design, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, text, and data — is the exclusive property of bh33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the bh33 platform without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of bh33 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bh33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses from wagering activity, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption, even if bh33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bh33's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bh33's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi consumer protection law.
Amendments to These Terms
bh33 may update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page at bh33.bio/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into force. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered account holders via their registered contact details where reasonably practicable. If you do not agree with a revised version, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting bh33 support.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of bh33 that cannot be resolved informally through customer support should be referred to the relevant dispute resolution process. bh33 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.
